Mr. William “Bill” Gallo is NAC International’s Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, Mr. Gallo leads the development of business strategies, strategic partnerships, and acquisitions to drive NAC’s growth and profitability. Dr. Michael McMahon is NAC International’s Vice President of Transportation and Strategic Projects, heading the company’s Transportation Projects business unit. He serves concurrently as Chairman of the Board of Managers of NAC LPT LLC, a subsidiary of NAC International Inc. that is a leading provider of nuclear materials packaging and transportation solutions to the nuclear industry. He is also President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of NAC Philotechnics, Ltd., a recently acquired health physics, radiological services, and waste management company headquartered in Oak Ridge, TN.
Vice President of Storage Projects
Doug Jacobs is Vice President of Storage Projects, responsible for overall strategic direction and leadership for the Projects business unit to ensure continued on-time delivery of high-quality projects to NAC customers.Vice President, Consulting
Dave Culp is NAC International’s Vice President of Consulting, where he is responsible for leading NAC’s consulting efforts on the nuclear fuel cycle markets, purchasing strategies, bid evaluations, contract development, material controls & accountability, fabrication technical surveillance, fabrication quality oversight, fuel assembly design reviews, fuel performance, and government policy initiatives.
Vice President, Business Development
George Vaughan is Vice President of Business Development, responsible for evaluation, analysis and advancement of new domestic and international programs and projects for NAC.Vice President, Market and Product Strategy
Juan Subiry is Vice President of Market and Product Strategy, responsible for providing direction for investigation and application of new technologies for use in utility, government and commercial facilities worldwide. He manages the research and development of new storage and transport designs for spent fuel and other nuclear materials, as well as enhancements of already-licensed designs.Vice President, Engineering and Licensing
George Carver is Vice President, Engineering and Licensing. He is responsible for all design, engineering processes, licensing actions and engineering deliverables in support of all NAC dry cask storage and/or transportation projects, and he is responsible for coordinating the activities of a broad spectrum of engineering professionals in this capacity.Vice President, Quality Assurance
Joyce Hamman is Vice President of Quality Assurance and is responsible for all aspects of the NAC’s Quality Assurance program for design, procurement, licensing, testing, fabrication, operations and maintenance of NAC storage and transportation cask systems components. In this role, she defines company quality policy and maintains compliance with applicable codes, standards and regulatory requirements.
Chief Financial Officer
Keith Brookshire is Chief Financial Officer having oversight of NAC’s finance and accounting, procurement and contracts, human resources and information technology departments.Mr. Brookshire was formerly Treasurer and Vice President, Finance and Administration, with Chainalytics, a global consulting and technology firm, where he was the top financial executive and managed all aspects of the company’s accounting and finance operations, as well the human resources, sales operations, contract management and office administration functions. He was instrumental in several of the company’s acquisitions as it expanded into six countries.
Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary and General Counsel
Bob Helfrich is Senior Vice President, and Corporate Secretary and General Counsel of NAC International. He joined NAC in 2003 as its first corporate general counsel.Mr. Helfrich has nearly 45 years of experience in the nuclear industry. He was previously senior nuclear counsel at Exelon and FPL Energy – two of the leading nuclear utility operators in the United States, before which he was a lawyer with the nuclear utility practice group of Winston & Strawn and was a registered U.S. patent attorney.
