Laura L. Piscetta

Director, Human Resources

Laura Piscetta is Director of Human Resources, responsible for the overall administration of NAC’s human resources functions, including organizational development, performance and compensation management, employee relations, recruitment activities, benefits analysis and plan administration, payroll, safety, and governmental compliance.

Ms. Piscetta joined NAC in 2000 and has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Prior to joining NAC, she worked at the corporate headquarters of Serologicals Corporation, a healthcare and bio-pharmaceutical company with 67 locations nationwide, where she maintained the company’s employee benefits plans and programs.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Old Dominion University.
