Chief Commercial Officer

Scott Dempsey, NAC’s Chief Commercial Officer, leads the company’s engagement with customers and industries, driving strategic initiatives across NAC and its family of subsidiary companies. He supports NAC’s delivery of integrated fuel cycle, radioactive material, and waste management solutions, helping the nuclear sector achieve its goals.

His focus spans from existing nuclear power plant operators and developers of next-generation small modular reactors (SMRs) and advanced reactors, to commercial companies and government agencies. Mr. Dempsey has more than 35 years of experience managing radioactive, hazardous, and non-hazardous materials across government, commercial, and industrial markets in the United States and Canada. He previously held executive positions with Strata-G, EnergySolutions, and MHF Services.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance from the University of Phoenix.
