Kent S. Cole

President and CEO

Kent Cole is President and Chief Executive Officer of NAC International, responsible for leading the company’s strategic direction, growth and profitability. His decades of experience in the nuclear industry include leadership roles on collaborative teams providing products and services to enhance the performance, safety and reliability of nuclear power plants in the United States and worldwide.

As President and CEO, Mr. Cole ensures that NAC resources are dedicated to meet or exceed client expectations of quality, schedule and performance. He joined NAC in 2003, first serving as Vice President of Spent Fuel Projects, before becoming President in 2006 and CEO in 2013.

His extensive experience in the nuclear industry includes a variety of engineering, project management, leadership development, Six Sigma quality, and executive management positions, including 16 years with the General Electric Company in the nuclear energy business.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
