NAC International is Proud to Introduce Two New Members to the NAC Team

NAC International would like to welcome Jeff England and Tom Skronski to key leadership positions in the NAC organization.
Jeff England joins NAC as Director of Transportation & Packaging Solutions for the Site and Transportation Business unit. In his new role, Jeff is responsible for continuing to develop and support operations of Department of Energy (DOE), other government agencies and commercial projects. Jeff joins us from Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL) where he has worked for the last 27 years. While at Savanah River Site (SRS), Jeff served in several technical, management and program manager roles.
He started off his career at SRS in the Systems Engineering Department supporting Process and Fluid Systems. In his career he has managed the several engineering and operations groups at SRS and Los Alamos National Laboratory. He also supported NNSA Headquarters Systems Engineering programs in Washington, D.C. Most recently, Jeff was responsible for leading the DOE Headquarters Packaging Certification Program at SRNL. Jeff also served in the Air Force for over 25 years to include multiple command tours in operations and logistics. Jeff is a graduate from Central Washington University, Air Command and Staff College, and Air War College.
Tom Skronski joins NAC as a Construction Manager for the NAC Projects group. He will manage and coordinate on-site services for vertical concrete cask (VCC) construction at various locations throughout the United States. Tom has served in several Field Engineering roles working for Fluor/CB&I/Shaw/WECTEC/Bechtel at Plant Vogtle for the last seven years. He managed the technical construction aspects of the hyperbolic cooling tower deep foundation installation as well as the basin, veil and internal structure construction. Prior to his work at Vogtle, Tom worked for S&ME as a Senior Engineer/Project Manager for over 12 years where he was responsible for managing and performing geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, and consulting services for private and public sector construction projects. Tom is a Professional Engineer in Georgia and holds a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering and M.S. in Geo-environmental Engineering from Purdue University.
